Why Jesus Must Increase

We are told that we must decrease, and Jesus must increase (John 3:30). In this sermon we will learn why Jesus must increase from John the Baptizer’s response to his disciple. John had explained why we decrease in verses 27-29, in verses 31-36, under the inspiration of the Holy John carefully explains to his envious disciples why Jesus must increase; not just in His earthly ministry, but also in the hearts of all who Jesus came to save throughout the ages and in from every nation. I pray the Holy Spirit will work grace your heart that Jesus increase and you decrease to the glory of God. Only then will you also be able to endure to thee end as you go through the many trials and tribulations of the world.
