In this verse we told not think of ourselves as better than others, especially when it comes to sin and service to the Lord. Any sin in our lives that is overcome or any service we perform is not by our own strength or even our own smarts or will power. It is by God’s grace alone, which strengthens us through Jesus Christ and the measure of faith He gives by the Holy Spirit that we able to do anything in the Faith according to His written Word. It is with this understanding that all who are in Christ by faith alone are to be patient with one another in all humbleness of heart, seeking to build up one another in the Lord giving glory to God alone (see also Philippians 2:1-4).
