Ministry Update and Prayer Requests

This past Saturday, August 13th, we participated in the Rally in the Valley parade in Rock Valley, IA. In partner with the Rock Valley United Reformed Church (RVURC), we handed out gospel packets (containing two gospel tracts, one in English and the other in Spanish; an invitation to the worship at the RVURC on each Lord’s Day; an invitation to the Gospel in the Park on August 20th; and a piece of candy).

Below are some pictures and a couple of videos:

We are praying that the Lord will use the distribution of the gospel tracts to bring many to faith in Jesus Christ in repentance of their sins; and that those who are looking for a church home in the area will be drawn by the Lord to Rock Valley United Reformed Church through the invitations

Please also keep the Gospel in the Park in your prayers: Lord willing, we will be holding a Gospel in the Park outreach event this Saturday, August 20th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Sioux Center Central Park Bandshell. Invitations have been sent out, radio announcement are being made, and posters hung around town. Please pray that the Lord will bring many people to this outreach event to hear a gospel message: “Atheism: A Myth” and be a part of the hymn sing led by Gary Vander Hart, and the enjoy the fellowship; and perhaps, God will be pleased to use this event to bring a lost soul into the kingdom of God in true repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

Soli Deo Gloria!
