Message delivered by Pastor Richard Stetler on May 26, 2026, at Resurrection Hope Congregation, Hartley, IA
Jesus begins his defense against the false accusations against Him by His enemies that He had broken the 4th C0mmandment regarding the Sabbath Day and blasphemed God. In His response to these accusations, we learn that it would be impossible for Him to break the Law of God and blaspheme God. Even in these very few verses, it is clearly evident that He not only didn’t break the Law of God and blaspheme God, He states irrefutably the reasons why He ought to be honored, just as His Father in heaven. Click the video below and learn the reasons that ought to also help strengthen your faith and embolden you with unwavering confidence and courage to proclaim the Gospel of God in Christ Jesus to those around us who are lost and sit in darkness without hope under the condemnation of the curse of sin; dead in their trespasses and sins. He alone gives life and has absolute power and authority to judge all men.
