Forgiveness Belongs to the Lord Alone

A good reminder that judgment, condemnation, as well as forgiveness come from God alone, according to His word. He alone sets the standard of judgment to determine guilt or innocence in His eyes, pronounces the sentence that satisfies His wrath, and forgives for the sake of Christ’s one sacrifice on the cross, which demonstrated His unmerited love and mercy for sinners, such as you and me. Proclaim to others His judgment, His condemnation and His forgiveness through Jesus Christ our only Savior and Lord . . . And not your own!
