“But from the beginning of the creation, God `made them male and female.’ ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh.” (Mar 10:6-8 NKJ)
Jesus, in response to a question regarding divorce, reminds His inquirers of two important historical facts, as revealed to us in the eyewitness account recorded for us in Genesis Chapters One and Two (1:27; 2:24). However, there are many who dispute the historical record of Genesis, saying Jesus was in error and in His ignorance He just repeated the teachings of that day . . . poor, poor Jesus – really!? They only make that claim because they hold up the theory of evolution above Holy Scriptures ascertaining that these 2 Chapters; indeed, Chapters 1 through 11, are myth or just poetry that teach us certain doctrines that have no basis in human history. Is this true?
The answer to that very simple question is an emphatic NO! Evolution is only a humanist philosophical interpretation of science and reality (and very poor one, I might add). In fact, as scientific research digs deeper into the inner workings of the world around us, the universe in which we dwell, we find that evolution is not just philosophical nonsense; it doesn’t even give us a viable answer to the question of the origin of life. What? Even hardcore staunch evolutionists know this! To just quote one for example; “I think . . . we must . . . admit that the only acceptable explanation is creation. I know that this is anathema to physicists, as indeed it is to me, but we must not reject a theory that we do not like if the experimental evidence supports it.”1
This quote makes two admissions: first, that creation the “only acceptable explanation” for the origin of life; and second, that “the experimental evidence supports it.” Who would have known? No one, expect those within the so-called scientific journals of the inner circles of scientific research . . . and those who read from those publications who want to know what evolutionists really think about evolution.
Jesus was NOT wrong (cf. John 1:1-3, 14) and recent scientific research is providing us with much evidence that supports the historical record of Genesis, which is the “only acceptable explanation” for all that there is; not to mention, the current state and condition we are in since the Fall of the historical Adam (Genesis Chapter 3; Romans 5:12). In fact, recent discoveries in the area of genetic research only confirm what Lipson accurately stated in 1980. More than that; it is destroying evolution as a vial explanation of anything, and will soon become recognized as just myth, or at best an unproven and improvable theory – though it may not be publicly acknowledged (they will continue to suppress the truth in unrighteousness, denying the Creator who made them (Romans 1:18). (Sadly, many Christians and Christian institutions will also continue beating this ungodly drum leading many through the wide gate into Hell itself).
