“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.” (II Corinthians 10:3-6 NKJV)
“When the principles that run against your deepest convictions begin to win the day, then the battle is your calling, and peace has become sin. You must at the price of dearest peace lay your convictions bare before friend and enemy with all the fire of your faith.”
– Abraham Kuyper
Indeed, our calling is obvious, but there are many who would rather be at peace with the world by compromising the faith. We are in a spiritual battle for the heart and soul of this nation – for a world steeped in darkness, superstition and unbelief. We must remain steadfast & bold as we fight against the forces of darkness with the uncompromised light of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Soli Deo Gloria!
