Tonight we begin our weekly Bible study on Genesis. Please pray for clarity of teaching and faithfulness to the book of the “Beginning.” We will begin the series addressing the issue of the authority and historicity of the first eleven Chapters. We will take a two-printed approach first considering the scientific evidence and then the exegetical evidence. The first is given to tear down the walls that have been put against the God and His eye-witness revelation of the beginning of all things. It will also give support to the natural and Biblical reading of the Chapters, the second approach to our understanding of this very important and foundational section of God’s word – foundational to a Biblical understanding of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Second , pray for me as I am battling a cold bug that seems to want to go down into my chest; it has drained my strength and am suffering continual fatigue. Your prayers will be greatly as I facilitate this community outreach Bible study.
