ARE YOU A NOBLE TRUTH-TELLER?

The article linked below is a review of a book titled, “The Noble Liar . . .” It documents and explains how the the news media is deliberate in distorting and twisting the truth to promote and promulgate a liberal agenda. It is important to understand that much of the moral and ethical decay from the Biblical standards that we see today is the direct and indirect result of the abandonment of the authority of Scripture in an effort to compromise with the evolutionist who has strongly, but wrongly, asserted that the Bible is wrong concerning the origins of life and that it contains only myth and legends ascribing to many of the historical events recorded in its pages as poetry.

Giving credence to the interpretations of the scientific evidence by unbelievers and compromisers of the Faith many churches and denominations have subordinated and abandoned many of the moral and ethical standards given to mankind by God himself to the opinions and commandments of men asserting them above Scripture, claiming that the secular humanistic interpretations of science is what ought to drive our understanding of reality, rather than understanding reality through the lens of Scripture. Beloved in Christ, if we are to confront the moral and ethical decay we see today we need to humble ourselves and submit our will and our opinions to the most accurate and reliable eyewitness accounts given to mankind by God himself, who so moved men to write, not according to their own understanding, but rather to write as God lead them supernaturally and without it trampling on their individual personalities. In other words, they wrote by faith as God brought to mind what to write without it being a dictation. How that works – I don’t know! I just take it by faith what it says in 2 Peter 1:9-21; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; John 14:26.

Yet, though we must expose the lies and the sins that are so eagerly embraced today (homosexuality, abortion, infanticide, etc.) under the guise of some political right or cultural wind of doctrine of the majority at the time, no change will take place in this nation unless we not only expose sin; but also declare God’s salvation and redemption through Jesus Christ, who obtained for sinners the forgiveness of sins, salvation, righteousness, and everlasting life, and calling all men everywhere, male and female, rich and poor, downtrodden and powerful, the noble man and the “commoner,” to repentance of their sins and faith in Jesus Christ alone, according to the commandment given in the Bible to all the saints in Him (Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15) – and then we must pray that God will use our faithful witness to God’s goodness and abounding grace through Jesus Christ to bring men to repentance and faith by the power of the Holy Spirit regenerating and making them alive from being dead in their trespasses and sins to serve God by faith and submit their opinions and will to His written word, the Bible. So the question today is, beloved in Christ, “Are you a truth-teller?”
