The Lord blessed the Gospel in the Park with over 20 people in attendance. The Klassen Family Singers started the evening with the singing of 5 gospel songs. Rev. Stetler delivered a gospel message on “Peace.” and then the Klassens ended the evening with 5 more gospel.
It was a blessing to hear the positive feedback from those in attendance. They said they were blessed by the singing and message. We had many in attendance who were there for the first time, and several regular attenders. The grace and goodness of God was evidenced by all who were there as the gospel of Jesus Christ was proclaimed and His name lifted up in song.
This was the last Gospel in the Park for this year; however, we look forward to 2020 as we will seek God direction continuing these monthly summer Saturday evening meetings
Unfortunately, the audio didn’t come through on the video – we hope to remedy that in the future. However, we have photos that we would like to share with you below of the meeting:
We had many resources available that we give away from Bibles to booklets to gospel tracts. The booklets give a biblical response to common objects and issues from Evolution to Gay Marriage.
Before the event we had opportunity to visit with some who were there for the first time The blessed those in attendance with hearing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ preached and His name lifted up in song

Can we have any peace in this world when we consider all the turmoil, trouble, hate and violence that surrounds us on all sorts of levels? We look to God’s Word for the answer: Jesus said, “My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you.” (John 14:27 NKJ)
Jesus Did for you what you could not and would not do for yourself; He suffered and died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sins and redeemed you from the power of sin; and having been justified by Christ’s blood all who belong to Christ by true faith have peace with God Because of the believer being at peace with God through Jesus Christ, he is not only assured of everlasting life – the believer’s blessed hope – he can know and experience the peace of God both inwardly and with others
Can we find any peace in this world? The answer is a resounding, “YES”! – through Jesus Christ as you put your trust in Him and His one atoning sacrifice on the cross for your sins, and the salvation, righteousness and everlasting life He obtained on your behalf

Please keep Reformation Gospel Ministries in your prayers. We have two more events planned for this year: one is an out reach effort at the Orange City Farmers Market this coming Saturday, September 21st, where we will be handing out gospel tracts and giving away Bibles and booklets related to the gospel, and talking one-on-one with anyone whom the Lord brings our way who has ears to hear the gospel message of Jesus Christ – the power of God to salvation for all who believer in Him (Romans 1:16).
The last event for this year will be The Fall Reformation Conference and Rally to be held at the Sioux Center URC church on November 1st and 2nd. It will be joint effort between Reformation Gospel Ministries and area United Reformed Churches. The theme will be “The 5 Solas and Evangelism” – 5 speakers from 4 difference Reformed denominations will deliver message on the 5 Solas of the Reformation and how they relate to evangelism – Please pray that it will be a time of building up the saint and encouragement in their personal life to engage in proclaiming the gospel with those around them in whatever circumstance it may be.
