Facing Extremism . . .

. . . but not how the secular humanist would apply the term (see article linked below). As believers in Jesus Christ we must face extremism with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 2:14-17). True freedom comes by placing ones faith in Jesus Christ and what He accomplished for sinners, like you and me, in His one atoning death on the cross, followed by His resurrection from the dead (Romans 6:1-7). Unless born again by the Holy Spirit the ungodly will always seek ways to suppress the truth in unrighteousness, even to the extreme extent of enacting laws forbidding certain Biblical beliefs with the false claim that they are harmful to children or society (Romans 1:18). Be bold, be confident, be faithful in living and proclaiming the uncompromsing Gospel of Jesus Christ, looking to the Lord alone for strength, courage and wisdom, according the abounding grace of God by the Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 4:1-6).
